Two-floors, and three rooms give plenty of space for farm family figures, farm animals and woodland denizens. Ours includes the "grass" two-piece base plate as shown. An interior ladder links the levels spaces. Eleven windows and two skylights; Two single swinging doors front and back; One half-size set of double swing doors and one full size set of double swing doors. Plenty of access for tractors, people and animals. A beautiful heirloom piece. Animals and figures shown not included. Barn is 27" from Baseplate to chimney top; 38" wide at furthest roof line; 22" deep from balcony to rear roofline. Baseplate is 44" wide, 25" deep and 1/2" thick.
