IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES.  This item displays as MINT out of the box.  HOWEVER, it suffered a common shipping issue in that the wheels were detached from the base when it arrived, they have been reattached.  Also, the Reins/Harness is a common shipping issue and they have been secured.  When you receive this, it will be packed to the most fragile standard possible, but it is a very fragile item and may need a minor touch up.  IF, this is not satisfactory, please do not bid.  Sorry to sound harsh, but again, this item displays as mint, but if you are ultra picky, it may not be for you.  This is a rarity.  I ended up with 3 in total and after this will be down to my last one which I am keeping!!  SO , this is the last one I am selling!
