I do not know the manufacture. It is a pull toy. There is supposed to be a string in the reigns of the donkey. A child would pull it and the wheels turn, the front axle is offset on the wheels allowing the donkey to look like he is walking. The lady rocks back and forth also as a real rider would do on its back.  It is free of cracks and chips. It would make a fantastic addition to any collection.
