It is made of tin and plastic. It is also in great shape. There is only one very tiny dent on the bottom and you have to look to see it! The plastic is not broken nor cracked. Just some niner paint scratches and scuffs from use.All in all I would give it a 8.5! It spins just fine and the gears work. There are three gears inside the top that turn different directions when it spins. It also has different color spinners inside of it that turn also. I have no idea of the age but I have never seen one like it.It is large 10" tall not counting the rod and knob.And it is 8.5" wide. It does make some noise when it turns.
